Never forgeta thing.
Tell Vennie what you bought, finished, paid, or lent out.
Vennie keeps track of the food in your kitchen, the bills you pay, the papers that expire, and the things around your home. When something needs you, it tells you: before the gas runs out, not after.
Free to start. A confirmation now, and one more email when your invite is ready.
A Tuesday evening
You're running a small operation with no system behind it.
Halfway through dinner, the gas runs out. Someone mentioned it was getting low, but that message is buried in a WhatsApp chat. Then your phone buzzes: a subscription nobody in the house has opened in three months has just renewed. Later that night you remember your passport expires before the trip you're planning in March.
None of these is a disaster on its own. Together, they're the load most adults carry in their heads every week, and nobody else can see it.
Vennie carries it for you.
As easy as sending a text.
No forms and no categories to pick. Write it the way you'd say it, and Vennie files it in the right place.
Tell Vennie
Type it or say it. "Bought 2 kg sugar." "Rent is 25,000 on the first."
Vennie sorts it
Everything lands where you'd look for it, from the kitchen to your wallet. If it isn't sure, it asks one short question.
Vennie reminds you
Before the gas runs out, before rent is due, and six months before your passport expires.
Added sugar, 2 kg, to your kitchen.
Remind me when it's lowNetflix, KSh 1,100, monthly on the 5th.

Everything you hold, in one place.
Vennie shows your things the way you already picture them: the kitchen, the wallet, the drawer with the papers. Only the places that hold something appear, and each one tells you how it's doing in plain words.

The home screen puts time first: what needs you now, this week, and later. Everything else is quietly fine.
Your inventory is yours.
A list of what you own and what you pay for is personal. Vennie is built to collect as little as it can.
It stays on your phone
In the beta, nothing you track leaves your device. There is no account full of your things on our side.
Your words are read, then let go
Vennie's server sorts what you type, then discards it. It is never stored, and never sent to an outside AI company.
No ID or account numbers
Vennie remembers when your passport expires, never its number. Photos of documents stay on your phone.
Leave whenever you like
Export everything, or delete your account, from the Your data screen in two taps.
The closed beta
Help shape the first version.
The beta opens on 5 November and runs for two weeks, on Android through Google Play. It covers your own things: the input box, your bills and documents, and reminders that work even when you're offline. Shared homes come next, shaped by what testers tell us.
What we ask of testers
Join with the Google account email you use on the Play Store, so the invite reaches the right account.
Stay opted in for the full 14 days, even on days you don't open the app. Google only counts testers who stay.
Tell us honestly what worked, what confused you, and what you stopped adding.
One honest note: the beta has no backup yet. If your phone is lost or reset, your list starts again, so the export button on the Your data screen is your safety net.
